Welcome to 2025. An amazing new year is before you. Isn't it about time to give yourself permission to be you? I invite you to step into your life fully and thrive in all things that bring you joy, connection, and turn inwards to begin to love yourself completely. It is an act of love for your life to be who you truly long to be.

Ask yourself, "What brings me joy?" Consciously feel into your heart and feel the answers that spontaneously arrive into your awareness. Remember the truth of who you truly are and start to live the life you are meant to live. All of the answers are within you. 2025 is the time to step, dance, leap, and begin to witness your own becoming and express who you truly are.

Once you begin to trust the guidance that lies within your heart you will begin to feel and notice the subtle yet divine symphony of perfection playing on your behalf. Your Soul is guiding you every step of the way...always in all ways. It is a vibration, a knowing, a warmth that begins in your heart and vibrates out in waves of liquid love.

You will find answers in the stillness of a moment. Find your flow and rhythm in your breath. Breathe fully into your heart and let go of any tension held in the breath, in the body, notice where you are holding on and allow surrender to teach you in the quiet spaces between the inhales and the exhales. Release deeper on each out breath. You might try using the mantra, repeat silently the word, "surrender" with each breath out.

Your breath is your life force and love force. Your breath is an incredible tool and messenger for how you are living your life. Practice the art of surrender by linking it with your precious breath. When you can hear the messages your Soul is trying to whisper to you, you are building a beautiful relationship of love and you are honoring your life in all ways.

Love for life is the answer to all that life has to offer. Love is the most important vibration and force that dwells within each of our hearts. Love is the inner sanctum, sanctuary, and vessel for peace, harmony, and purpose. Love is sacred. Love is truth and the deepest of understandings. Love is profound, free, simple to apply to life. Love is connection to all.
