Butterfly Dance on the Wind
The beauty
of butterflies flying
in the fall air
draws
My attention.
Their graceful connection
To one another as one
And yet they are
Separate.
Diving and dipping,
Twirling and soaring,
Flying and floating,
Side by side,
Spiraling together,
And flying apart,
Gentle sentient beings,
Colorful and filled with
grace and light.
These tiny winged
Angels
in flight.
Dancing their beautiful,
butterfly dance
On the wind.
