How do you know when you happen upon an opening within your heart that says, "Ah, yes, come, this is the way. This is the light. This is the truth of who you are and where you will step next. Your entire being, your sacred vessel, lights up with an inner knowing in your cells, your bones, runs through your blood and is furrowed deep into the very marrow of you. Yes, you begin to light up.
When your body conveys messages to you of dis-ease, challenge after challenge and obstacle after obstacle will present themselves to you to jar you awake. A lightbulb goes off. Choose a new direction. A direction that feels at ease and flows with graceful purpose.
Doors begin to open up. Books with the perfect message for you may quite literally fall of the shelves in a bookstore or library in front of you. People walk into your life with a message that feels right, deep, and true. Your life begins to slowly shift in a beautiful and peaceful way.
Your great big beautiful Soul is orchestrating and lighting your way through any darkness. Remember when things seem dark - turn up the light within you. And affirm the words, I am light.
