4-part breathing or box breathing. A simple way to harmonize and balance your breath and calm down your mind reducing worry or stress.


Let's Begin:


Inhale deeply through the nose and count slowly: 1 2 3 4


Hold the breath for the same slow count:

1 2 3 4


Exhale out and count slowly: 1 2 3 4


Hold the breath out for the count:

1 2 3 4
