Soul's Guidance

This magnificent coniferous tree speaks volumes to my spirit. It reminds me of how gigantic our Soul is and how truly powerful and loving its guidance is in our lives when we listen to our heart's knowing.

Each one of us has our own unique expression of Soul. I invite you to begin to listen to the guidance of your Soul and bring forth the gifts that are uniquely yours. This giant tree is a symbol for staying grounded to Mother Earth and to love your human being self as you grow, expand, and lift your vibration towards the vibration of heaven. Wake up to remember that you also are a divine being. We want to live in heaven as we walk on this magnificent earth.

As I write my messages for today's blog post, a beautiful and graceful hawk flies slowly just overhead out of the woods that surround my garden where I am writing. Birds are also symbolic for living on earth and soaring through the sky as messengers for the Divine. The hawk is a messenger of Archangel Gabriel's. Archangel Gabriel is the Angel of communication in writing and in thinking. I call on her guidance when I write so my words may be clear and filled with the highest vibration of love, courage, and wisdom that offer a way to heal and lift our vibration from fear into love.

We are here always in all ways embraced by the light and love of the all that is. Be the beacon of light, love, strength, and peacefulness that you are, that you are, that you are. We repeat words so you may embody what you are - a messenger of love in human form. A gateway, a portal, a doorway, if you will, is open to the multiverse and you have been invited to waltz, dance, saunter, and soar through the opening into the all that is available to each and every human being on earth at this time. Allow, allow, allow the music of the spheres to play on and through your open and receptive hearts and surrender your need to know how it plays. The letting go of what you knew yesterday and step into the brand new of today.

Your body, mind, heart, and spiritual batteries - chakras - within and around you and being upgraded with the ascension energy of Mother Gaia and the ascension of the one human body. We remind you to be like the gentle wind and begin to sway and flow naturally and organically with the new energies flowing in and trust in the universe that all is happening in divine timing for the greatest good for all.

Welcome and allow your ego to kindly, gently, and gracefully step to the side and allow your Soul, the essence of you, to flow, float, and ease into the I Am power within you. Begin to stand as tall as this tree in your truth and power and soar like the hawk. Plug in and connect to the knowingness of Oneness and the all that is...all is eternal, infinite, and filled with grace, love, and light.

Breathe in slowly, deeply, and at the top of your breath pause for a few moments - holding your breath like you would hold a precious newborn child - with pure love, care, and gentleness and allow the exhale to flow out completely, letting go, emptying your breath all the way out - releasing, and surrendering everything you hold onto that no longer serves- pause at the bottom of the exhale and hold again for a few moments. Live in the peacefulness of the emptiness.

Breathe in slowly, filling up with being breathed by the unseen love of the entire universe...Pause...and on the exhale....letting go with the sound of aaahhhhhhhhhh....releasing, letting go of what you no longer need to hold onto.

Life and all it has to offer in lessons to learn and challenges to overcome is the same invitation as the breath. Breathing in we allow the rhythm and flow of the universe and all its potential to feed and nourish our sacred vessel and breathing out allows us to let go of what no longer serves.

We can trust there will be another beautiful, loving breath available to you after you release and surrender each breath and welcome in the next inhale and exhale. You are so loved.
